EUREF Campus Berlin: Construction of a complex heating and cooling power plant
The vision was to develop a showcase project for the energy transition in the real estate industry on the former GASAG site in Berlin-Schöneberg. The campus is to serve as a real laboratory for energy transition technologies. At the same time, low-cost office space and experimental areas are to be made available for start-ups. A total of 165,000 m² GFA will be created on an area of 5.5 hectares.
